On Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at 11:50 a.m., the Toronto Police Service received a report of a theft that occurred at a coffee shop located in the area of Lesmill Road and York Mills Road.
It is reported that:
– two unidentified men targeted an elderly citizen that was seated inside the coffee shop with her purse in close proximity to her
– the two men were able to gain access to her purse and steal an undisclosed amount of money
The Toronto Police Service wants to make the public aware and ask for their assistance in help identifying the two suspects involved. Police are concerned there may be other victims.
