On Tuesday, May 24th, 2016 members of the Niagara Regional Police Service attended the area of the parking lot between Garden Park and James Street, in the city of St. Catharines in response to a robbery that just occurred. Upon arrival police learned that the lone male victim was confronted by an unknown male suspect in the alleyway sometime around 4:00pm. A brief struggle ensued and the suspect fled the area on foot with a quantity of money, leaving the victim with minor injuries.
The suspect was described as a 6 foot male with a medium build and a tanned complexion wearing a dark t-shirt, a dark baseball hat and a black bandana covering most of his face.
