At 3:00am on Saturday, May 28, 2016 the London Police Service responded to the intersection of Clarence Street and Dufferin Avenue in response to a report of a stabbing.
Upon arrival, police found two adult men suffering from stab wounds. Both were transported to hospital by ambulance. One victim was pronounced dead at hospital. The other male is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
An adult male was arrested nearby. This individual remains in custody at this time and there are no suspects outstanding. Major Crime Section members have taken over the investigation. At this time, police are still searching the area for evidence, including a weapon (believed to be a knife).
The investigation is in its preliminary stages and additional information may follow later in the day.
